My link isn't tracking. What do I do?

Steps to check:
1. Test the link in an incognito browser window
2. Make sure the link hasn't been truncated (Instagram sometimes shortens URLs)
3. Check your Awin dashboard for recent click activity under Wild

If clicks aren't registering at all, contact us with your Awin publisher ID and we'll raise it with Awin directly.

Can I track conversions from TikTok, Stories, or other platforms?

Yes. Your Awin tracking link works across any platform with a clickable URL  link in bio, Linktree, story sticker, YouTube description, newsletter, etc. Tracking is tied to the link, not the platform.
