Run both in parallel. There's no conflict you can earn commission through both channels independently.

Do TikTok Shop sales count towards my monthly tier?

TikTok Shop sales are tracked through TikTok's platform separately from Awin. Currently, tier calculations are based on Awin-tracked sales only.
